The following classes are being offered online this fall:

 

Luscious, Low-Fat, Lightning Quick Meals

In this exciting course, learn how to scale down fat from recipes without sacrificing flavor or texture; how to use different flavors to expand culinary horizons; and how to prepare nutritious meals that are also delicious! Get tips on grocery shopping, menu planning, food preparation and faster cooking all while learning how to prepare casseroles, crock-pot dishes, vegan meals and more! Cost: $104

Duration of access: 6 weeks

Start Your Own Edible Garden

This fall, learn how to start and grow your own nutritious fruit and vegetable so you are prepared to begin when spring and fall arrive! Learn which type of garden is right for you and your space while exploring climate considerations, zone hardiness and which micro-climate is specific to your yard. Learn how to properly prepare a garden bed while identifying PH issues and learning how to fix them. Get tips on starting seeds, transplanting, pruning and how to use container gardens. Cost: $104
