Fiction Writing Workshop: An Introduction

Students will study various narrative approaches to fiction writing and learn how to create unique, compelling characters and plot lines. Each student will begin work on a short story or novel. Cost: $65

Writing Children’s Fiction I Workshop

Learn the essential elements of creating engaging children’s stories including: story language, developing memorable characters, and story structure. Students will have the opportunity to write an original short story or begin a chapter book. Marketing approaches will also be discussed.

Writing Children’s Fiction II Workshop

In level II of this course, you will use the skill sets learned in Writing Children’s Fiction I to develop an original children’s story for an age-group of your choice. Prerequisite: Writing Children Fiction I. Cost: $66
